For anyone who drops in now and then. Collect a stamp on every drink, and the tenth is on us. It costs nothing, there is no card to enter, and you can move onto a paid plan whenever you like.
Before you join
Anything from the coffee, cold, chai, matcha and tea boards, at the regular size. If you want it large, that is just the difference on the menu. Smoothies and milkshakes are not included, because they cost us about four times as much to make.
Ten pounds comes off your card on the same day each month. You enter your card on Stripe's own page, so it never touches our website, and Apple Pay or Google Pay work if your phone offers them. If you would rather pay cash at the counter, we can set that up instead.
Yes: twice a year, up to sixty days in total. The payments stop while you are paused and start again when you come back, and the days you have paid for are not lost.
It does not carry over. One coffee a week, every week, is a promise anybody behind the counter can explain without checking, and that is worth more than a few banked drinks.
It is for you, and our team will gently say so if the card is being shared. If you want to buy the table a round, that is what the counter is for.

In your account, in two taps, with no phone call. The cancellation goes to Stripe at the same moment, so the payments stop as well as the membership. You keep your benefits until the end of the month you have already paid for.

Join in a minute
Name, email, mobile and a card. Apple Pay and Google Pay work too. No app to download.

Tap Redeem
Open your account, choose your drink and say when you will be in: now, or in five to thirty minutes. It goes straight to the counter.

Say your name
Your drink is made for when you arrive. Give your first name at the counter, and your phone confirms it the moment it is handed over.
A note on fair use
Each plan has a simple daily limit, and it is written on the plan itself, not hidden in the terms. It keeps one card from paying for a whole office, which is how we keep the price this low for everyone else.
If it looks like a card is being shared, we will have a friendly word at the counter. That is as far as it usually goes.
